Anne Boddington
Professor Emerita of Design Innovation at Kingston University
Anne is Professor Emerita of Design Innovation at Kingston University and has held leadership roles at Middlesex & Kingston as PVC leading Research, Business, Innovation and Knowledge Exchange and previously for Cultural and Civic Engagement as Dean of Kingston School of Art .
Educated as architect, urbanist and cultural geographer. In 1998 she was appointed as the founding Head of the School of Architecture & Design, subsequently becoming Dean of the College of Arts & Humanities at the University of Brighton. Anne was Chair of the Research Excellence Framework (REF)2021 Sub Panel for Art & Design: History, Practice & Theory and is currently co-chairing the REF2029 pilot panel for People, Culture & Environment for UoA33.
