Jo Hoare

Jo manages the NCCPE’S operations and finances, leading on the delivery of NCCPE services and products such as the Engage Watermark, and the EDGE Tool Survey. Before joining the NCCPE, Jo worked in the Civil Service and has had a number of roles in the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs. These have included leading on delivery of and policy on Public Appointments for the Department and being the policy manager for important nature conservation sites. In her last role she was supporting the Director General for Strategy and Change. Outside of work, Jo spends as much time as possible in the outdoors with her family including Jessie the dog, and enjoys being by (and in) water (salty or freshwater) or in the mountains.
