Notification of Consultation Conversation:

Use this form to notify of any consultation conversations that you are planning to lead. In the form we will invite you to outline how you will be addressing an existing gap in the consultation conversations. 

You might lead a conversation to: 

• Bring in perspectives of people who are not yet engaged in the Engaged Futures work.
   
• Focus on a specific topic or theme relevant to the future of the HE sector which we have not yet explored or could delve into further. 

Catalyst Bursary Scheme:

If you need a bit of financial support to make your conversation happen you can apply for a bursary of up to £1500. 

NOTE: We request that you upload a basic budget outline as either an Excel or Word document, so please have this ready. 

Bursaries may be awarded to individuals or institutions. If you have questions as to whether to apply through your organisation or as an individual please contact us: NCCPEcatalysts@uwe.ac.uk.

Bursary application deadline - No applications will be accepted after 16th May 2025 however you can submit conversation notifications using this same form up until the reporting deadline.

Bursary decision timeline - You will receive a decision within 2 weeks of your application being received.
 
Conversation reporting deadline - 27th June 2025, 5pm (reporting form and guidance to follow)

As part of this form, we will ask for details that can be used to identify you –  e.g. your name, email address, job title, organisation, location, etc. This information is needed so that we can process your application. 

We will store all your responses securely in password-protected files held on a server hosted by the University of the West of England, Bristol. Your responses will be stored for 6 months from the application deadline, after which time they will be permanently destroyed.
