This will help us to improve our programme and identify any issues which may arise along the way. 

Data protection

These questions form part of the evaluation of the NCCPE's wider Training Programme. You have been invited to respond because you were the our key contact in the delivery of an NCCPE Training Course. We want to learn about your experience so that can understand what went well, or not so well in terms of delivery, logistics, materials, participant satisfaction and your overall experience of the programme. 

We estimate this questionnaire will take no more than 10 minutes to complete. 

As part of the questionnaire, we will ask for details that could be used to identify you –  [e.g. your name, email, organisation etc.]. This information is needed so that we are able to follow up on any issues raised.

We will store all your responses securely in password-protected files held on a server hosted by the University of the West of England, Bristol. Your responses will be stored for ten years from when you complete the form, after which time they will be permanently destroyed. 

Responses that could be used to identify you (e.g. name, email, organisation etc) will be de-linked from the rest of your responses (including any information you choose to give concerning protected characteristics) and stored separately. Only members of the NCCPE will be able to access data that could identify you. 

You may contact the NCCPE Training Team via NCCPEtraining@uwe.ac.uk at any time during that 10 year period, to ask that your responses are permanently removed from the record.
