Participant Evaluation

This questionnaire forms part of the evaluation of the NCCPE Training Programme. You have been invited to respond following your participation in the recent training session. We want to learn about your experience so that we can continue to improve our services and ensure we are meeting the needs of the sector. 

This survey is anonymous and we estimate this questionnaire will take no more than 10 minutes to complete. 

We will not ask you to give your name, or any other information that could identify you. This means it will not be possible to remove your responses from the record after you have submitted them. 

We will store all your responses securely in password-protected files held on a server hosted by the University of the West of England, Bristol.
