Data protection

As part of the questionnaire, we will ask for details that could be used to identify you – your name, email address, job title and institution.  This information is needed so we can match your questionnaire answers to your original application.

We estimate this questionnaire will take approximately 30 minutes to complete. 

We will store all your responses securely in password-protected files held on a server hosted by the University of the West of England, Bristol. Your responses will be stored for ten years from the closing date of the questionnaire, after which time they will be permanently destroyed. 

Responses that could be used to identify you (e.g. name and email address) will be de-linked from the rest of your responses (including any information you choose to give concerning protected characteristics) and stored separately. Only members of the NCCPE will be able to access data that could identify you. 

You may contact NCCPE Enquiries (nccpe.enquiries@uwe.ac.uk) at any time before 31st January 2035 to ask that your responses are permanently removed from the record.
