Data protection

This survey forms part of the evaluation of the Racial Equity Action Learning Programme extension. You have been invited to respond because you will be taking part in this programme. We want to learn about your expectations and needs to help us shape this work. 

We estimate this survey will take approximately 20 minutes to complete. 

As part of the survey, we will ask for details that could be used to identify you –  e.g. your name, email address, job title, institution. This information is needed so that we can confirm your participation in the programme, register you for the in-person event in April, and understand changes that happen throughout the process.   

We will store all your responses securely in files held on Microsoft services hosted by the University of the West of England, Bristol. The data are accessible only to collaborators identified by the project or service leader and access requires multifactor authorisation using institutional names and passwords. Your responses will be stored for one year from the end of the Racial Equity Action Learning Programme, after which time they will be permanently destroyed. 

Responses that could be used to identify you (e.g. name and email address) will be de-linked from the rest of your responses (including any information you choose to give concerning protected characteristics) and stored separately. Only members of the NCCPE team and an NCCPE Associate will be able to access data that could identify you. De-identified data will be shared with the Action Learning Facilitators to inform their support of the programme.

You may contact NCCPE Enquiries (nccpe.enquiries@uwe.ac.uk) at any time before 30th November 2026 to ask that your responses are permanently removed from the record.
