NCCPE case studies feature a huge array of engagement approaches with range of different purposes, methods, perspectives and people.

These guidelines will help you structure your case study before submitting. 

1,500 word limit. (Not all sections below are required but great to include as many as possible).

Title

Snapshot

150 word exciting summary of the case study (more of an abstract than an introduction)

 

Funders/Project partners

Who was involved in making the project happen? Bullet pointed list is fine.

 

Purpose

What did you want to achieve?

 

Background

The context in which the project came about.

 

Approach

What did you do? Who were the participants? What was the outcome?

 

Resources

What resources did you draw on? E.g. funding, people, guidance.

 

Evaluation

Include any details of your evaluation methodology and results

 

Key lessons learned

What did you learn? What would you have done differently?

 

Legacy

What happened next or is planned to happen next? How are you ensuring sustainability?

Optional section – list any additional reading, including any URLs
